| Margarida Silva, born in Portugal in 2003, is a contemporary dancer and creator. She trained at Ginasiano School of Dance until 2021 before moving to France to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Dance at PNSD Rosella Hightower, graduating in 2024. In her final year, she danced with Cannes Jeune Ballet, performing works by Lukas Timulak, Renato Zanella, and Francesco Curci. Alongside her studies, she maintained an active presence in Portugal, performing with Poveira Nós da Dança Company since 2023. In 2024, she produced her first personal solo piece »THERE, NOT THERE« supported by Poveira Nós da Dança. In August 2024, Margarida joined Conny Janssen Danst in the Netherlands for her first company contract, performing works by Charlie Skuy and Dalton Jansen. |
